An invoice will be sent for total amount due after receiving $200.00 deposit and signed contract.

I understand that if I change my mind for any reason, I will lose $100.00 of my deposit.  I will take home my puppy no later than (Date) _____/_____/_________, (9 weeks after birth).  If I change my mind after (Date) _____/_____/_________, (9 weeks after birth), I will lose my full deposit of $200.00 and be removed from the waiting list. 

I acknowledge that I’m not a breeder and I will have my puppy spade or neutered within six months of the purchase date from Cory and Lisa Hill, or Cory and Lisa Hill have the right to require me to pay an additional $1500.00.  If any legal fees are required by Cory and Lisa Hill to receive the $1500.00 from me, I’m also responsible for these fees. 

If I transfer ownership to someone else before the puppy is spade or neutered, I’m still responsible for the $1500.00 to be paid to Cory and Lisa Hill.

If something should happen to the above said puppy while it is still in the care of Cory and Lisa Hill, they will notify me to and allow me to pick out another puppy, or if another one is not available or if I choose not to select a different one they will refund my full deposit.

Once the above said puppy is in my care from the day of pickup, there is no refund and Cory and Lisa Hill is not responsible for the puppy.

Cory and Lisa Hill have the right to revoke the sale of the above said puppy for no reason, intern they will refund my money or deposit in full.

The puppy is guaranteed to be free of genetic hip dysplasia up to 24 months of age.  If I find a defect, I must provide Cory and Lisa Hill with an x-ray verified by the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation of Animals) as to the condition of the hips, and statement from my vet clarifying that it is a genetic defect and not due to any kind of trauma, and that the puppy has received adequate nutrition and care.  Cory and Lisa Hill will then consort with their vets to confirm if the puppy has a genetic defect.  If it is found to be a genetic defect, I may return the dog to Cory and Lisa Hill for a complete refund minus shipping charges within 2 years of purchase.  If I choose to keep the dog, Cory and Lisa Hill will refund me $225.00.  If the puppy is found not to have a genetic defect, I will be required to reimburse Cory and Lisa Hill for the vet bills that they have acquired.  If Cory and Lisa Hill need to seek legal action for reimbursement, I will be required to pay all legal expenses.  The guarantee is only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.  Cory and Lisa Hill do not guarantee against communicable diseases such as rabies, parvo, distemper, etc.
